boost clock issue

i have a i3 10100F and according to task manger it boosts to 4 GHZ but intel says it boosts to 4.3 GHZ is this normal and if not does this affect my performance seriously?

Maximum boost clock only applies if you only utilize one core. You're not able to achive maximum boost clock over all cores under normal conditions.

Also looks like you're more gpu limited anyways, so if that's your typical workload you don't loose any performance at all.

Hmmm my1650 super doesn’t normally max out I was just playing war thunder when I noticed and it normally uses 50% utilisation
