on the lower end i personally recommend the b450m ds3h, but it doesnt have onboard wifi or bluetooth if thats something you need (you can always always buy the two in a form of a card or usb)

for mid range i recommend the asus x570 tuf gaming plus (or the pro version), not much to say about it asides it has everything you should need and its a good middle ground for price, reliability, and features
 

as for the high end i recommend the GIGABYTE X570 AORUS Master, which has more than what most people need but has several nice features (too lazy to list them all lol)
and it just well, nice to look at.
