Keyboard height on oneplus 8t

I have latest Android update. It says I can adjust the height of the keyboard. Can't find the setting! 

Here's where the keyboard height setting should be.

You are using swift key. The keyboard settings will be in swift key's settings not in the system's.

It's not. I also tried finding the settings with the stock keyboard enabled. Still no option...
