Minecraft Server build

Budget (including currency): around $500 USD

Country: US

Hey guys, I am looking to build a Minecraft server for me and my friends and possibly want to do a server that is a bait bigger. I have a part list already made. I'm trying to do this as budget as possible, but still making sure that I will have a fast enough server. I currently am running an actual server platform with two Xeon 5550x and 16GB of ddr3 of ram and that just not cutting it. Ill post the part list I made bellow. I am going to be running Ubuntu server, so I wont be adding in a graphics card and just use onboard graphics. I tried to find the highest clock CPU that was fairly cheap. I'm really just looking for advice to see if there are better parts out there that would still keep me in my price point of $500. Thanks in advance.

Get a 10100, about the same price, and a bit faster.
