Ahhhhndy

im getting around 100 fps on warzone on high settings and 120 fov but im not sure if the card is under performing or not. My friend with R5 3600 and 3070 is getting around 120-130 fps.

Depends on what resolution/graphical settings you are playing at versus your friends system. Warzone is a crap game to compare systems to. Use a benchmark like Heaven or 3DMark's numerous tests and compare there.

How are your temperatures/utilizations/frequencies in game?? They are helpful in determining what is going on with your system.

Also, what size power supply are you using and the brand/model?

Sounds like your drivers are fine as well as temps/frequencies. Overall, seems like its working as intended.

Well one thing you can try if you haven't turned it on yet is to set your Windows Power Plan to [High Performance] or the AMD Ryzen power plan equivalent. Also, you can test out the Hardware Accelerated GPU-Scheduling in Settings under the [Graphics settings] tab by turning it on and seeing if it improves performance (not sure if the Hardware Accelerated GPU-Scheduling is available on AMD systems but I'm pretty sure it is if you are up to date on drivers/Windows updates).

Check to see if AMD Adrenalin has anything for performance for like Balanced, Power Saver, High Performance etc. that automatically adjusts clock speeds and turbo frequencies to get the most out of your system.
