pixelated squares appear on certain games

vapo14

I've been struggling to find or even put this problem into words because it's so random. Basically in certain games (r6, warzone, among us, VRChat) some parts of the UI will appear with pixelated squares. Not all games though, rocket league and fortnite run just fine without this issue. I also haven't had this problem in the Windows, Linux or Mac. (I've run all three on my system) interface, it's always inside a game. Any idea of what it could be? Normally I would think it's just an issue with the graphics card, but since it happens in specific situations I refuse to accept that I have a faulty card 😞

Configuration:
cpu: ryzen 5 2600

gpu: xfx fatboy rx590

psu: corsair cx 550

(ill provide additional info if needed)

Hello. Have you done any overclock on any hardware?

Hi! Not at all, everything is exactly as it came out of the box

it might be a bug, but it looks more like a dying card sadly.

you can try DDU.

you can also try different cables / monitors (I know that sounds strange but I've seen people say that 'fixed' it, slim chance but worth a try if you can imo)
