1Gen Ryzen with 4 DIMMs - can't run memory faster than 2400MHz

Specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
MSI B350 Tomahawk (newest bios installed)
RAM: 2x4GB + 2x8GB Patriot Viper 4, 3000MHz CL16
SilentiumPC Vero L2 600W (you might have never heard of the brand, it's of decent quality)

Hi. I can't get my system to run my memory faster than 2400MHz when all 4 DIMM slots are populated: it's not due to memory itself as I can run 2 sticks (either 2x4GB, 2x8GB or mixed) at X.M.P. speeds or even higher (3200MHz CL16 is not a problem, didn't really try going higher). I am not keen on memory OC so I haven't really looked at all the timings and voltages: i just turned on XMP and bumped up the frequency to 3200MHz and it worked. With 4 DIMMs it will only run at 2400MHz tops, going a bit higher to 2666MHz, even with CL18 (it runs at cl14 with 2400MHz) is not possible, motherboard fails to POST and lights up MEM EZ debug LED. Any advice on how I can get my memory to run faster with all slots populated?

Well if you actually read the manual, you will see why it is not possible.

From  what I've seen, I should be able to reach 2667MHz on memory with 4 DIMMs

Okay, so apparently I am an idiot and you can't really go past 2400MHz on 1st gen Ryzen with 4 DIMMs... welp.
