Best GPU Pair

Hello, i was wondering whats the best gpu i can pair with my system?  here are the specs

GTX 1070 maybe.  or Vega 56 from red team.

Or 1660/Super etc.

It really matters what is the maker and the model  ... it should be written on the side of the PSU.

Surprising lack of in-depth information/tests about that series of PSU-s is not a good sign, but it might be a good one.

Perhaps someone can tell better. Doesn't seem too bad just by the specs.
