What flicker? Try higher resolution, anti aliasing(AA), anisotropic filtering (AF)

FS in Denmark/EU:

Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB. Used maximum 4 months total. Looks like new. Card never opened. Give me a price.

Sorry. If that's not flicker what would you call it? I tried highest AA and no difference

It's a very old game, but you can try forcing higher sampling through nvidia control panel
