Game random lag after pc upgrade..

So i upgraded my pc from 16gb ddr4 to 32gb and installed new m2 ssd to put Windows.
I Also changed game folder from normal ssd to new m2 ssd i installed a few weeks ago.

when gaming warzone i suddently lag for a few sec and then back to normal. This repeat it self the whole game even multiplayer.

i have tried everything...

I did notice when lag happens i alt tab to check network, and see it disconnects for 1 sec and connects again. 
 

current specs: 

i9 10850k 

asus z490-a

asus rog 1070ti

32gb ddr4

Could be a few things but my main thought is your windows reinstallation. When you reinstalled windows was there any other drives plugged in?

It might not be that but if that was all you changed then it might be a good place to start

Yes i had every drive plugged in (did wipe them)

Ahh, that can cause funky issues. Back up your stuff, wipe the boot drive, unplug all other drives and then resinstall windows
