HDD PCB broken

My Seagate 1tb barracuda died a little while ago and there was smoke coming from the pcb is there a way to fix this?

well there is one.

get the same exact model of that hdd, and put the motherboard in yours.

it is probably the simplest fix to do.

after you rescued all the data, put it back to the new hdd, and just trash the old hdd.

I dont think I'll find a new one of these it's a model from 2012

Get a used one, as long as it's running fine.

The only one I could find was over 60 euros so cant I like solder or something to fix it

This is unlikely to work. My understanding is that the PCB and drive are tied together and you would have to reflash the firmware of the new PCB with the old one or transfer the firmware chip to get the two to play nice. If you tried without doing this the PCB wouldn't know the unique characteristics of the drive and wouldn't be able to find the data.
