GT 610 does not have NVENC support.

 

It does not show up on nVidia's list as NVENC supported GPU, too.

The "lowest end" card on nVidia's list is the GTX 750, 750 Ti, 950, and 960.

So I own a gt 610 (yea, i know it's no rtx 3080) but its not showing up in most, if not, any if my apps. I'm trying to use Geforce experience but can't since it says I don't meet the requirements even though I do. I also can't record using NVENC in obs since it doesn't give me the option. It also doesn't pop up in task manager unless I click "performance". However, I can see it in device manager. Help!

GT 610s don't have an NVENC encoder.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX-class GPU with Kepler architecture (GKxx) or newer (starting with some cards of GTX 600 series).
Support for mobile GPUs can exist, but most will not support NVENC. If you get an error when trying to use the NVENC encoder and your drivers are already up to date, your GPU very likely does not support NVENC.
