Havign Trouble with similar errors on multiple applications

I am getting error 0xc000012f whenever I try and open any adobe program or any game through Origin. I've reinstalled both the adobe programs and origin launcher as well as vc++ and made sure its an up to date version.

The error says that "MSVCR120.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error" and the dll changes depending on the program I try and open.
Any and all help is appreciated!
