Windows disk pool and motherboard swap

Question : If i swap a motherboard on with I have a made a pool of 2 SSDs, will i loose everything, will i have to redo the pool or will everything will stay the same. Those are two 2.5" Samsung 1TB SSDs. I only have games on 'em so it's not too bad it i loose stuff. Going from a B350 to B550 soon.

 

Any tips, experience or input on that?
