American mega trends screen re occurring

I recently just built a brand new computer so I can upgrade from my old one the only components a cup from my old build is my SSD and hard drive, the hard drive would not work no matter what I did not appear anywhere after digging through the bios for a little while it said something about smart device so I decided to just buy a new hard drive, after installing the new hard drive it worked great until later that night I restarted my computer only to see the American megatrend screen reappearing which gave me huge anxiety because it feels like my new hard drive just broke, I didn’t really do anything and it started working again and this morning it happened again and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore
