UPDATED (3085) Z170 Pro gaming wont recognize 7600k

So  I just picked up a 7600k to upgrade my rig from an 6400 and I just cannot get it to post BIOS.
The PC spins up and powers on, heres what I've tried.

-Updated BIOS to support Kaby lake
-Cleared CMOS numerous times
-Checked to see if thermal paste got onto the gold, nothing
-Searched the web thin for people with the same problem and possible solutions, but it's all "Update BIOS br0 n ur gud bro Xdd"

Defect CPU is highly unlikely as it was tested the day prior to me receiving it.
send help pls

Try with single stick of ram. What board are you using?

Already tried with a single ram stick to no avail, updated OP with more info

I noticed something is off with my RAM and have had someone comment on it a long ass time ago, could this be why?
