Title says it all but all i want is a 400-500w psu from them but i cant find a place that sells them.

He technically answered the question correct, because on another technicality OP's location isn't relevant since he gave no stipulations, requirements, or implied limitations/capabilities.

Be-quiet psu´s? Im not realy sure if they are the best quality some units are decent but also alot of them are crap.
