Low gpu usage + low frames

are you using the 770's when playing games? It might be running in other applications.

Are you using the gpu usage thingy in the tray?

Did you have the newest driver? Sometimes it's a driver issue and an update will fix it. It's not a CPU bottleneck, that's for sure, and PSU watt is good.

Test each card seperatly. See if one of them is faulty. Make sure cards and sli bridge are seated right.

They works fine separately, I've taken apart my computer and put it back together, reinstalled os.

mostly battlefield games. I don't think it's a cpu bottleneck. But could be,maybe

BF3 is cpu bound: youtube.com/watch?v=hcOhlBVVj24 start watching at 3:50 gpu loads were 30/30%.

Planetside 2 is a cpu bound game too.

Could you join an empty server and install playclaw 5 to monitor the gpu loads ingame and post a screenshot here? Unless there aren't any hardware issues like throttling or a bad psu, the gpu load below 99% means always a cpu bottleneck.
