Freezing but mouse still moves

So around Christmas my pc started freezing at random times, usually 2-3 hr mark. Sometimes it doesn’t do it, completely random. I can still use my mouse, but can’t pull up task manager or anything. All drivers are up to date.

R5 3600x/msi rx 5700 xt mech oc/ msi b550 mag tomahawk. The only overclocking done is what they came with out of the box.
I also ran a scan in command prompt and it said there was nothing wrong.

Booting off my nvme and have 16gb at 3200

I ram a memory diagnostic and everything came back fine
