Weird flickering or orange/white tint on whole screen

After the latest Nvidia driver update I've been having this weird flashing happening at random times, it's like the whole screen turns kinda orange or just brighter or something for like a microsecond, It's really weird and I've been searching for it all over and have never seen anybody else having this exact same problem? Maybe I'm just describing it weirdly? I just don't know how else to describe it, it happens so randomly i have a hard time capturing it when it happens. 

 

GTX 1080ti

i9-9900K 3.60 GHz

16 GB RAM

IT also happens a lot when i use zoom, it constantly flashes difference brightness constantly
