NO, usb power won't be enough to power a GPU, that's why risers have dedicated power connections.

You'll get bandwidth deficit when gaming using USB.

Mining is not a high bandwidth operation, that's why you see usb risers popularity.

Yes this is not for gaming, this is just to drive a second monitor bc the card will not fit inside my computer. It's a pretty low end card.
