Fps problem with my evga rtx FTW ultra 3080

Hi i have a problem with my fps in warzone, i use all settings at low and i only get 100fps...!! By build is a intel i9-10850k, asus rog strix z490-e gaming, corsair 3600mhz 32gb and evga rtx 3080...!! My friend has the same build but when we put my gpu con his build he gets 200fps on ultra settings...!!! I dont know what else to do...!! I already did everything i could for optimization...!! And nothing is working...!! Can someone help me?

Does he have any overclocks?
Do you have DOCP enabled?

We have the same overclock settings, can you explain me a little more what does DOCP means?

is it *really* the same build though, hard-drives, and all?
