Monitor turn on then off again during boot/windows

Hi

 

So when I start my pc my monitor immediately starts too, but after a little while it turns off again. So every time I turn on my PC I need to turn on my monitor manually. This started with my old monitor, but both the monitor, GPU and displayport cable has been switched out since then. 

I do have two monitors connected. The other one, that works is just an old HP w22(DVI). The one that doesn't work is a new Samsung Odessy G7 32 inch(DP).

I ddu'ed back when I got my RTX 3090 and that didn't fix it.

I don't really know what the problem is when almost every part has been switched out.
