How capable is my current PC rig.

I understand that right now might not be the best time to buy PC parts but I just wanted to know from a scale from 1 to 10, how capable is my rig? Don't really care about peripherals since I dont play E-sports. Here are the specs:

What is the purpose of this question? You already the have the computer, capability is not a matter of rating from 1 to 10. Its related to how patient you are (or what is good enough according to you). Gaming wise, you are good for a while, not sure about the extend of the things you do but if you had to ask this question I am going to assume you do basic emulation in which you got more than enough.

1 to 10 is meaningless if we don't define what 1 and 10 represent. What are you actually trying to find out? What do you do with this PC? You say you don't play esports, what games (if any) do you play? You know how it performs in the games/applications you use already. Are you just looking for someone to tell you "it's a nice rig bro, no need to upgrade"?
