Should I run 2x140mm as my front fans, and 3x 120 as my exhaust. or run 3x120 as intake and 2x120 as exhaust? I'm running my 9700k @ 4.9 Ghz @ 1.31volts and my temps on my 212 evo are around 90C and i'd like to see what is most optimal for best airflow.

I would most likely do the latter, 3x120mm as intake and 2x120mm(did you mean 140??) as exhaust. I would rather have more air intake then exhaust for air pressure inside the case. Also, those temps seem a bit high but using a 212 EVO would explain it.

yeah, i get like 90C running synthetic CPU stress testers so its expected, but gaming wise it goes to like 75C.

If you are able to, I personally would run it both ways.

Set up one way, take your data, then set it up the other way and take data.

Then you would know for sure which way is best for you setup.

Yeah it feels like you would be wasting time, but the investment in your time would yield you the best results.

Then you could share what you came up with. :)

What case? How is your case airflow currently set up? How much do temps drop with the side panel removed?
