HELP URGENT

I just installed a new update and now whenever i turn my pc on it just does this any help

 

 

I also have no option to reset my pc anymore

Did you do anything while the update was running? ex: powersurge, internet failure, roomba yanked a cord out of the wall (never had this happen but hey its an example)

It won’t let me even though i made a recovery drive yesterday and that’s how i got to that one screen

It was updating it finished it was restarting and just wouldn’t do it turned it off and then on I think and now i’m here

 

i kinda blacked out once it didn’t turn back on

what power supply do you have? Mainly asking as some cheapo psu's can be very very very bad at actually doing their job as a power supply

i do not know all. know is it wasn’t cheap

ok, so are you good with losing all your data? if not, I can't really help you much unless you bring your pc to a data recovery place

Ok so here's what you want to do. First off, do you have a secondary windows pc available? Also, at least a 4gb flash drive is needed

i have a recovery drive made it won’t give me those options it’s prebuilt and i sent it back to get fixed and now i cant reset anything

ohh ok, heres another way. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

download that, move it to your flash drive (i believe that it has to be formatted to ntfs to work, not fat32) then put it in the ded pc, go to bios (or you can unplug the storage drive which is either a hdd or an ssd) and change your boot device to the flash drive

once it boots, you should get a little box telling you what drive you want to reinstall windows to. there should be a format button, when you click the drive, click that, wait, then install it to that drive

hold the power button once the boot comes up turn it off and then repeat till that pops up
