Also, did this happen right after the pc got repaired by the manufacturer? it may be that they borked something up, but still try with the usb. Go into the bios, using whatever key you use on your pc, then find a boot options/drives menu. put the usb as number one, and unplug/turn off the pc, then turn it back on again

please tag me for a response, It's really hard to keep tabs on every thread I reply to. thanks!!

Okay no offense but YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO USE THE RECOVERY DRIVE

Turn off the computer and spam Delete as its turining on the delete key is the button on the bottom left hand corner above your arrow keys (I have the same keyboard) and select the recovery drive as the boot device

i did that already no reset or any option i think doing this would void my warranty of having 1 year free fixing but the thing is literally just did this last year in december around the 1st of December my pc cpu got un seated in transit and they got it fixed within 10 days but i just don’t wanna waste again

What brand is this PC? there is a defect, obviously, and the manufacturer should be held responsible, as it has already happened once. Ask for a replacement, as it isn't worth your time, or your data to have a pc that is less reliable than a city bus in 19 feet of snow
