What games are you playing? What work are you doing? Monitor resolution?

No matter what you do tho, your PSU and RAM could really use an upgrade

geometry is hard

upgrading your cpu cooler would be the first thing I'd do for your build... the wraith spire is fine but if you are going to utilize the full potential of the R7 2700 + RTX 2070 combo then your cpu will definitely need more cooling power...

next would be more storage... if you are playing games, then I suggest you buy a separate SSD dedicated to your game library (having your OS installed together with games and apps you use for extensive periods of time is not advisable because you will consume your read/write cycles faster)

if you are sticking to 1080p for now, then upgrading into high refresh rate ones would be nice, or get a second/third monitor (preferably same models) so you can have more screen real estate (not a fan of ultrawide displays unless you are video editing)

then get a more reliable PSU... the wattage of your current PSU is fine, but the reliablity and modularity of a better PSU would definitely do wonders for you long term...

then get more RAM (preferably higher frequency ones as well... atleast 3200Mhz CL14-16)

and don't forget to get really good peripherals (high quality mouse & keyboard will last years) and a good mouse mat (preferably the oversized ones if you have speakers placed on your table... the mouse mat provides a free sound dampening to make your speakers produce less vibration)
