dGPU vs iGPU

I have an hp laptop with an i5 6200u processor, equipped with Intel HD 520 graphics. It also has the AMD Radeon R5 M430 with 2 gigs of DDR3 VRAM. Considering my laptop is equipped with 16 gigs of DDR4 2400 MHz RAM, which graphics processor would be the better option here for light gaming and stuff?

PS: The R5 M430 generates more heat than I'd like.聽

Would there be any performance benefit considering the iGPU would be using the faster DDR4 RAM than the DDR3 on the dedicated? Just wondering...
