Differs on each country. I have limited options where I'm from as like 80% of UPS sold here are APC and the rest are a mix of Eaton, FSP, Cyberpower (very few models to choose from) and random brands I've never heard of (intex, secure, AWP, iLogic etc)

Any suggestions?

Here are some that will fit you:

I guess you can find them cheaper locally

Is pure sinewave necessary? Would I be safe using a simulated sinewave UPS? I always see conflicting opinions about this in a lot of forums/discussions and it can't ever seem to end. Both sides just like concede to end the discussion and go on with their lives

No not that important.  1st is a quality brand, Then correct VA/Wattage. You will be fine with a standby ups.

There are also power conditioners:

Power conditioners:  They constantly condition the line amplify the power or absorb spikes. They have a small battery only for the purpose of conditioning the power. They not do provide battery power and they shutdown in case of power outage.

The only pros are that hey can be cheap and support lots of watts.

You may want something like that
