i5-10600k

RTX2060

Xlr8 ddr4 3200mhz 8gbx2

H410M-HDV motherboard

AVF MX4000 mid atx case

Apacer AS340 240gb SSD

Armaggeddon Voltron Gold 600w psu

Toshiba P300 2TB HDD

Is this all compatible with each other? Do you recommend me changing anything?

Note that my mind is set on the gpu and cpu, but im willing to change the other parts. Try to stay within the price range.

That is a fire hazard psu change it immediately.

Everything else seems fine.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

Motherboard. Get X or Z mobo, or non-K cpu. K cpu is overclockable, but with H mobo you will not be able to OC. Because intel EDIT: X/Z mobo with K CPU = overclock. Different letter, like H, with non-k cpu = no overclock. You need both part OC unlocked, so K cpu and Z/X mobo

Like said above, your k cpu won't be overclockable with this motherboard. Also k processors don't have a fan included so you need to have one. If you do not want to OC, change the cpu for a non-k (maybe even a f since you're installing discrete graphics) for non-k cpu you can use the included stock cooler. Else you need to change the motherboard like said in the post above.

Also I'd go for more ssd capacity as i feel 250gb is quite short.

PSU capacity of 600 is ok if it is not peak rated but continuous, but change for a more trustable brand.

You should pick an SSD with cache. Cache is an even faster memory where some of your SSD data is preloaded into for faster access. This helps.

My build:

CPU

Intel Core i7 9700 8x 3.00GHz So.1151

CPU cooler

be quiet! Shadow Rock Slim

Motherboard

MSI B360-A PRO Intel B360 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR4 ATX

RAM

16GB (4x 4096MB) HyperX FURY black DDR4-2666

GPU

8GB Gigabyte GeForce RTX2070 WindForce 2X 3xDP/HDMI

SSD

500GB Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 2280

HDD

4000GB WD Red WD40EFRX Intellipower 64MB 3.5" (8.9cm) SATA 6Gb/s

Power Supply

bequiet! Straight Power 750W Platinum

The thing is im short on cash so im planning to depend on the intergrated graphics for maximun time of a year b4 i wouldve saved enuf for the rtx. And im not gonna oc it btw. So do i go for the 10600k, the 10600kf or the 10600? For the psu i think im gonna find a trusted brand and for the ssd, is it really neccesary since im already adding a hdd together

igpu? dude i bought rx470 for 70€. Mining edition, but runs games like csgo 200fps Fullhd. And if you dont want to OC, go for 10600. Or better, get older series. 8th gen will be fine. Theyre actually still very powerful, while theyer cheaper so you can buy also discrete gpu

If you're not going to overclock, save some money by getting the non-K version of the CPU.

Playing anything more than 2D indie games on the integrated graphics will be basically out of the question. If you want a system where you can get by on integrated graphics for a while until you can find a proper GPU, you need to go with a Ryzen APU, not Intel.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

There is no reason why. Its because your components dont draw that much power. A good 550w unit will out perform any terrible 700 or 600w unit.
