I'd get a corsair CX or an antec neoeco gold/zen. Do not buy a classic.

A seasonic power supply is better and cheaper, thought it would be a good idea to throw in some fans for better cooling as well.

At the very least, that list needs... work. Please do not recommend components unless you really know what you're doing.

That particular seasonic is not "really" any better.

Also that case is bad.

Also do you have 5600XT and 3600x already since there is no price?

Well, I'd change the board since B450/X470 series is not that great and can be a problem with memory speeds, not to mention lack of USB3.2 gen2 on board connectors. I'd get faster memory instead of RGB memory, at least a WD Blue NVMe or pay another 15 for a ADATA XPG8200Pro, the case runs hot, keep that in mind, even though it is okay for mid range. I'd rather pay a little extra for the Corsair 4000D Airflow - very good case for the money. I'm not sure I'd pay for a 5600XT at this point - depends on the price obviously, but anything beyond 300 would be too much as you can do better with the same or a little extra. And if you do not have a Ryzen 5 3600X I'd go for a Ryzen 5 5600X
