Comino Riser problem

i habe Trouble with the Comino Riser

i have the comino UNIVERSAL RISER X8/X16

 

i tried with 2 different Systems:

ASUS ROG Strix X299-E Gaming II
INTEL Core i9-7980XE
Gainnward 750 Ti

and

 

ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming ITX/AC
Intel i7-9700k
ASUS 1070 Ti Cerberus

 

in both Cases: when i Plug in the Graphicscard directly it works when i use any other Riser it works

when i use the Comino riser no PCI device detected

 

the LEDs on the Comino:

on the PCI Connector 2 green Lights at: HL1/3 und HL2/4

on the other side Green light at HL 1/2 and HL 5/3 and a red light at HL 4/6

 

Comino already sent me a replacement but the error stays the Same

i put the riser in a riser just to be able to make a better picture of the LEDs
