Cpu keeps dropping to really low speeds during cinebench every few seconds after about 2 min after its started.

Which Cinebench version are you using? If it's R23, it could be just re-running the render test again after completing as its a 10 minute loop.

I am using R23 but it's lowering the clock speeds during the middle of a test and it goes slower when it drops for a second. also my wireless headset's audio messes up it uses usb (logitech g935)
