Tried reseating the CPU, no luck, what you pointed out is some weird USB point, system fan and SPK_PLED1 however panel 1 is plugged in.motherboard is a B550 Pro4 from ASRock. I’ve heard others have had trouble with this motherboard.

Dose it just stay like this when you power on or dose it reset itself while this happens?

You can also try unplugging USB, and HDD or SSD then trying to power on just to see if it will post, sometimes other bad hardware can lock up cpu, try unplugging everything except GPU, CPU,ram and power on,if it posts then it was one of the other items plug them in one at a time power on until you find it

It doesn’t reset I’ll take some ram from a different system I have and see if I can get it to post like who you suggested. Might even try without the GPU since it was moved back to the old system I have as the issue seems not be with something else.
