amd a8 7410 R5 Graphics problem

netbook came with windows 8 but im running windows 10 on it now had this problem even in windows 8 if i used any driver newer then amd catalyst 15.201.1101 or adrenalin drivers

every couple of second the mouse would micro stutters or freeze for like half a second

there are some games and programs i want to use but they need the newer drivers

 

what can i do
