Snapdragon 855 Plus vs 888?

I have a OnePlus 7t with a Snapdragon 855 Plus. I want a Vivo iQOO 7 with a Snapdragon 888. Both have 8gb RAM and 128gb storage. Cameras are around the same and the iQOO has UFS 3.1 storage as opposed to the OnePlus' 3.0. 

 

Is the Snapdragon 888 and faster storage beneficial enough for an upgrade as I already skipped the 865? I mainly play Genshin Impact and Seven Knights.
