RAM issue please help

i have 16gb of ripjaws v 3200mhz i had that kit for a very long time and now i decided to buy another 16gb of the same kit and when i installed it in my pc the second i get to the windows loading screen it gives me the "youre pc ran into a problem" 

i dont know if the memory kit is faulty or its something with my pc

gigabyte b450m ds3h 

rx 570 nitro

Have you tried each memory stick individually?

Also, have you installed them next to each other, or have you spaced them out and in the correct configuration in accordance with your motherboard spec?

i have 4 slots and i allready had 2 that were spaced so i filled the rest

Best each stick with memtest , also swap the stick around and stick to clean the motherboard contacts from dust and such
