3D printer HELP please

Thegrimfew2

Hello, I recently get a Ender 3 Pro on sale at micro center (great deal BTW). I got it home did a test print things went well. Started a print before leaving for work looked good (failed). I tryed to restart the print but it won't let me. I get all the way to the select gcode spot and I won't let me actually select and start it. Ive tryed pre heating the bed, moving the axis my hand, and even reinserting the filament but to no avail. Please help I'm new to 3D printing and im stuck.

No errors or anything? what are you using to slice? have you managed to print your own sliced files previously or used supplied gcode?

No error messages, I'm using cura and I did manage to "print" the same file before (its the one that failed while I was at work), I also printed one that was included with the printer on the card originally.

Format the card/flash drive and put the file back on it, if not working replace it.
