Disk malfunction

I cannot install games on my hdd disk, It always says "disk write error" (steam) or error code IS-FC006 (epic)

Use Crystaldiskinfo to check the drive's health. It probably has developed bad sectors.

if worst comes to worst you can try reformatting the hard drive

Who makes the drive? Use the HDD checking tools the manufacturer creates to test their own drives.
