Hello, im recently upgrading my old Computer from this setup: 

Asus prime B360M-K

I3 8100 intel core

1060 Phoenix ASUS (3Gb)

8 Gb RAM 2400MHz

corsair vs550 power supply

 

to this setup is this good or not will the things work Together?

New setup: 

Asus prime B360M-K ( same mobo)

Intel core i7-9700k

Asus GTX 2070 8(GB) dual

16 Gb Ram 2666MHz

corsair vs 550 power supply (same)

There is little point in putting an unlocked cpu on a B360 motherboard. It will work (you may need to update the bios first), but it cannot be overclocked. The i7-9700 might save you a bit.

 

Without knowing how the system will be used and how much the upgrade would cost, it's not really possible to judge how good the new system would be.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

You will benefit more when using an Intel Z-series board with a K-SKU unlocked processor as Intel only allows you to overclock their processors on Z/X series motherboards.

If you're spending money on a new 2x8GB kit, that is pretty worthless imo. If you're staying with the same motherboard, use a locked processor and that RAM kit.
