deleted everything

Did you delete everything, or format the drive?

deleting won't remove the boot sectors (those are hidden) so your new PC is confused, trying to boot from a drive with nothing on it but the boot sectors.

I'm new to forums so i didn't know where to post this but here i am. I need help with this. So i got my C: harddisk out of my old system after getting closing it and put it in my new pc and deleted everything from it with disk manager and set it as a sorage device. And now i wanted to put it back in my new pc and when i did my pc wont start. It starts and closes starts and closes immediatly. What should i do. How do i get it to boot? Is it because i wiped windows from it and set it up as a D: drive? What do i need to do? The pc was working fine before.

Take it out, ensure your new PC is working fine.

If it is, shut it down, attach this spare drive.

Power up system, go into BIOS, and ensure that your existing drive is the boot drive, not this "blank" one.

Boot to windows.

Go into File Explorer, find the "blank" drive, right click on it and select "format"

Does it boot without the spare drive installed?

then i tried using as boot drive again in old pc

The drive is now blank, nothing to boot to in the old PC. You need to re-install Windows on it

Do i do that with my working pc?

No, you put the, now blank, drive in your old PC, and install Windows from there, either by USB stick, or DVD

but even tho theres no windows shouldnt t boot into bios?

You still have to press a key (typically the delete key, but could be f2 or f10, depending on the manufacturer of your PC) to get into BIOS, it doesn't automatically go there.

I have to ask, why did you do this?

So give it to him as it is, and don't worry about it. Let them fiddle with it
