Build looks good overall.

But you should manage your expectations in terms of FPS. Battelfield V wil require to lower settings to meet 144Fps stable. Cyberpunk will likely not reach 144FPS at all. And depending on the shader, Minecraft could also be pretty hard to run.

I heard the "upHere" stuff from amazon is ok in terms of quality and very cheap.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Seeing it's a fairly good build, my question is why did you choose THOSE fans? you could go with something like from Inwin or UpHere if you wanna do it on the cheap, also you need to know that Battlefield, Cyberpunk might not meet the refresh rate of your monitor, as they are very taxing games to run, even on lower settings.

Also, i don't think a 500gb drive which is also going to be used as the boot drive is a good idea, probably buy a ssd or even a hard drive.

Alright, but i would advice you check out reviews of it and maybe let me know the budget of your fans, and if i'm not wrong, these are the fans right?:

SKU-1045 FAN CASING 12CM RGB / FAN CASE RGB / FAN RGB | Shopee Philippines

It says you need a separate controller for these fans, or you can't connect it to the MoBo, so keep that in mind to order the controller too.

Yep those are the fans, in my country it gets good reviews and people say not really that noisy and pretty good for cooling the pc, and the coolmoon hub also works with these fans

Get 3060ti instead of 5700xt.

Add a 2 TB HDD or more.

Yeah don't worry about fans, it's pretty much the same.
