NEED HELP WITH NZXT PC.

My friend recently got an NZXT pc with a 3090 and the gpu wont work, it gets power and all the connections are good but it wont show up in device manager. Ive already tried all the basic troubleshooting and nothing seems to work. please help.

full specs might help. is it a fully prebuilt with the 3090? or did he add the 3090 after?
