Hey, so right now I have my main computer (1060 SC) and then I have a secondary computer in my basement (in device manager it says its a Radeon 7450 but the sticker on the card says 6450, still not sure which one) on the Radeon card, I used MSI Afterburner to try to over clock it a bit more but not much out come. The main purpose of this system is so I can stream my games from upstairs (1060) to the basement (Radeon) using Parsec, which atm I can really only get 1080p30 with this setup. Now in the basement I have a 4k TV but I know there is no way that a Radeon card can get 4k output. What card would you suggest for 4k60 decoding with minimal lag? keep in mind that this is the ONLY thing that this pc is going to be used for. Also I'm only in middle school so I cant get a job and money is pretty tight.

Note: I know the market is a crapshoot right now so I would probably buy it later on after everything has calmed down

There's some used 1660 ti's that can be found for less than 200 or so if you do some looking and/or bargaining(I think that's the right word) and it should be ok with 4k decoding. If not a 2060 will work. Also I'm not super familer with the amd lineup and preformence but mabey do some googleing and see if 2 of what ever card you have will be able to handle it using crossfire.
