Tuner Card

Not exactly sure if I should post it here, but I'm looking for a digital tv tuner card. I'm trying to find ways to watch tv on a pc and I've heard I need to use a tuner card. I've seen some USB ones, but I prefer cards that use PCI express. Any recommendations?

I am not aware of anyone (name brand) that still makes them, but I am sure there are some 3rd party manufacturers around.

I would suggest looking at either Ebay or Amazon and read some reviews to see which one would fit you need/preference.
