My Dad wants me to upgrade his PC for him. Right now, these are the specs: Intel Core i7-4790K, some Gigabyte motherboard, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 4x 2TB HDDs and 1x 512GB Boot SSD. However, sadly no GPU. Only integrated graphics. He does office work on dual monitors and occasionally some gaming at lowest settings on graphics. Can someone recommend a good graphics card that won't be a bottleneck with the CPU? The system is already fast. I have a budget of £250 ($340 USD)

Used 1070 (200 - 250)
2nd ram stick - 40

PCPartPicker Part List
Type Item Price
Memory Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR3-1600 CL9 Memory £39.99 @ Corsair UK
Video Card Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB STRIX Video Card £200.00
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
  Total £239.99

3060ti's are A VERY HARD to find part. I would recommend buying NOTHING until stock stabilizes. gpus are a hard part to find and rn are often overpriced. Upgrade in a few months certainly not now.

Perhaps a GTX 1070 would do for a 4790K. I had one with a 4790K and worked great.
