Suggestion needed for minimal Setup

Hi,

 

I need your suggestion with make & model for the parts for my new minimal build below is my wishlist if it's possible:

- motherboard with onboard dual display supporting 4K resolution & M.2 drive 

 

- liquid cooled cpu "without" external reservoir something like a Hydro Series H60 (2018) 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler.

 

- smallest size power supply with only the needed cables don't want any unwanted cables lying around

 

I do not need any external graphics card as I am not a gamer this is the reason I don't need a big size power supply.

 

I plan to do a open air wall mount for this setup and hence I would like to keep the setup as small as possible also the reason I am going with M.2

 

I need a full PC setup as I need visual studio for development (may be I am wrong to believe a mini PC will not be powerful enough for my purpose)

Thanks for replying. I am in Singapore. Don't have any budget set, my requirement is that it needs to be as small and quiet as possible. Don't want any extra wires or bigger PSU if it's not needed.

 

I want to keep the foot print really small hence need M.2 and onboard dual display monitor support.
