hey i have i5 4590 msi gtx 1050 ti lp 

16 gb memory 

hp 800 g1 sff 

 

i played horizon zero dawn and while i was playing i check the task manger under preformance and i saw that my cpu is 100% and the gpu is 20% working 

it is abottleneck or i need to tweak something ?

Is the game running well?

If you are tabbing out of the game the GPU may stop rendering the game until you tab back in.  Also, task manager isn't the most accurate at tracking % usage anyways. 

Try using a 3rd party hardware tracker.  I don't think you're getting bottlenecked that bad, but I also don't think you can expect 60fps.

If your game is stuttering a lot, it can be a CPU bottleneck. Have you increased the graphics settings to increase load on the GPU? What resolution are you playing at? I run my games with MSI Afterburner the majority of the time with RTSS showing frequencies, temps, utilizations etc.
