Hey can anyone tell me what is wrong with my pc?? Cause i have i5-7600k 16GB Ram and i first had a gtx 1060 3gb until yesterday i bought a gtx 1080ti. I upgraded cause i couldn't play Fortnite i could play other games but Fortnite! I would really appreciate someone's help? btw its still the same issue, i keep getting insane frame drops and low fps (CPU uses 100% constant).

Yes there is a very bad CPU bottleneck. Try overclocking or upgrading your CPU.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

I disagree because its not the bottleneck its because Fortnite have a really bad optimization.

Given the situation i.e. fortnite there is a CPU bottleneck in that specific game. Bottlenecks vary on a per game basis e.g. I might have a CPU bottleneck running csgo but then a gpu one with cyberpunk 2077 running the same hardware.

a "bottleneck" happens when a game needs 2 compones to run meaning cpu/gpu, cpu/ram, gpu/ram or it can be gpu/ vram and one being slower limiting it proformace.

then there are cpu and cores vs frequency

ram and frequency

gpu and vram

then there are games optemised for amd and or nvidea cpu,gpu and ram. same with monitors with freesink and gsink
